The people behind the numbers
Quality in the brewery is more than running lab tests and getting numbers. Frances Tietje-Wang and Danny Wang founded Fermly in 2018 — a TTB-certified brewing chemist and an award-winning brewer who opened one of Denver's first small craft breweries. They teach, judge, publish, and sit on the boards and committees that shape this industry.
