As owners of one of Denver's first taproom breweries, we lived every part of it — brewing, canning, distribution, and a recall when an infection slipped through. That experience planted the seed for Fermly.
We talked to a hundred breweries about the QA/QC data they wished they had, then built a lab — and a portal — to give every brewer access to the kind of quality program only the biggest players could afford.
